GORUCK x Gear Patrol GR1

In 2023 GORUCK and Gear Patrol collaborated on the release of a uniquely designed 26l GR1. The design of the ruck’s 1000d Cordura como design takes inspiration from the variegated elephant ear and is both great at blending in and standing out at the same time. (You can see full ruck details here.)

Things I love about the GORUCK x Gear Patrol GR1

• No doubt I love the design of the camo. As I noted about, it has this unique ability to blend in but when you take time to look at it, you really appreciate the uniqueness of the camo design.
• The leather accent on the handle and bottom are an elegant touch to the ruck.
• I like the subtle touch of the 210d back and the interior matching the “slightly greyish white” color in the camo.
• Quick Access Pocket is always a win!
• I like the use of the YKK Rain Auqaguard zipper. It has such a smooth pull and adds to the clean design.
• Price has dropped from the initial $455 price to $395!
