GORUCK M23 Waxed Canvas Ruck Review

While I’ve got the GORUCK M22 and the GORUCK M23 (Ripstop), when GORUCK released the M23 in waxed canvas, I was in love. Of course, I’m a huge fan of the waxed canvas heritage line with a particular affection for Dark Oak, so it was futile to resist this beautiful bag.

M23 Waxed Canvas Ruck Highlights

What I love:

• Waxed canvas in dark oak. Simply a gorgeous ruck!
• Breaks from the traditional GR1 inspired ruck style.
• Much more “civilian” look.
• Pockets, pockets, and pockets with pockets.
• 26L will be a great, classy looking, travel bag.
• The fidlocks on the front are amazing!

What I don’t love:

• Top loaders are just different. I do prefer clamshell, but I’ll take a hit on this one to own this beauty.
• That’s it. What’s not to love?
